Fusion Arc designates our family of robotic weld cells and are available in a range of sizes and configurations. These pre-engineered systems provide a fully enclosed environment that remains functional, flexible, safe and very cost-effective. We have re-engineered Fusion Arc from the ground up, starting with the base of the unit which uses slot-and-tab construction to provide a ridged foundation; the space-saving design makes for easy placement and relocation in your manufacturing area.

The construction of the cells minimizes resonance, which enables the Fusion Arc to take advantage of the new FD Series Arc Welding Robots unmatched speeds. The modular construction enables us to integrate additional peripheral axes or stations, adapting to the customers needs as required.
